y'know, i'm just simply not feeling this one. i can't detect anything terribly offensive about this, it just doesn't sit well with my stomach. and it doesn't taste of anything particularly good. this is sam adam's spring seasonal and the first sam adams i didn't like

Sierra Nevada Early Spring Beer
2008 Early Spring Beer - ESB - SPring seasonal

smells like a normal Sierra Nevada
WOW. it tastes reaally weird. the initial taste is that its super bitter and carbonated (i guess it really is a ESB also -- I thought it was just a play on words). The aftertaste is like a very hearty bread made for dipping into soup. It's really tasty once you get past the bitters -- very rich & malty
might be still a little too bitter for me (b/c i'm weak :P)
